Cheap enough to leave running.

Ten bucks gets you about 28 hours. Leave it running. Record the grocery list, the shower thought, the whole lecture. It barely moves the needle.

how it works

Three steps, nothing to set up.

  1. Record

Pick a mic, or share the audio of any browser tab. No meeting bot.

  2. Talk

The transcript scrolls in as you speak. Speakers are labeled automatically.

  3. Keep what you need

Rename speakers, trim, generate a summary, export.

use cases

Fuel for your AI

One click copies a clean transcript. Paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or any LLM — turn the rambling drive-home voice memo into an email, a plan, a doc. Markdown export works the same way.

vs alternatives

How it stacks up.

Most tools join your meetings as a bot and put transcripts behind a subscription. This one runs in your browser and bills by the minute.

faq

Answers to the common stuff.

Is my audio stored anywhere?

No. Audio streams from your browser to the transcription service and isn't persisted. Only the text transcript is saved to your account, and you can delete it whenever.

How accurate is it?

In a 2025 public benchmark covering 60 languages on real-world audio, the engine behind lognow had the lowest error rate on every language tested. The chart is in the Accuracy section above.

Which languages work?

60 languages with auto-detection. Mixed-language conversations don't need a manual switch. Speaker labels work across all of them.

Does it work with video conferencing apps?

Yes. Share the tab or window audio from any meeting app your browser can see. No meeting bot, nothing to install.

Do credits expire?

No. What you buy stays on the account. Recordings under 10 seconds don't count against credits.

Is there a free trial?

New accounts get 200 free minutes on signup. No card. That's a little over three hours.

What export formats are supported?

TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, PDF, DOCX, and CSV, all from the transcript view.

What if something goes wrong during a recording?

Email support@lognow.app and we'll review the session and credit the account.
