TL;DR: For help, bug reports, or feedback, email support@lognow.app or use the in-app Feedback button in the header bar. We respond within 24 hours. When reporting a bug, include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and your browser/OS. Refunds, account deletion, and billing issues are handled at the same address.
